Fried spinach

Express Recipe To impress your little family in two stages and three movements.


  • For 4 people :
  • 500 g spinach in branches cut into 3 cm pieces
  • 4 chopped garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp. of nuoc-mâm (Vietnamese sauce)
  • 2 tbsp. coffee powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp. oil soup
  • 1/2 c. coffee of Espelette pepper.


In a bowl, mix chopped garlic, nuoc-mâm, sugar and chilli. In a wok, sauté the spinach in oil and cook for 1 min, stirring briskly. Add the sauce, cook another 30 seconds while stirring. Serve spinach with fried eggs, for example.
