- 180 g of dark chocolate
- 50 g of brown sugar
- 3 quarts of semi-skimmed milk
- 5 cl of liquid cream
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 small chocolate-hazelnut spread
- 100 g of milk chocolate.
For lollipops, heat the spread and pour into round ice trays. Stitch a lollipop stick into each ice cube and place in the freezer for two hours.
Melt the milk chocolate, then unmould the icicles and dip them in the warm chocolate. Let cool at room temperature, placing the lollipops on a metal plate lined with parchment paper.
Then prepare the hot chocolate. Grate the dark chocolate. Heat the milk and cream.
Add the brown sugar and the cinnamon stick.
