Carrots and glazed onions

An original and fresh recipe to offer him from 15 months.


  • 2 new carrots
  • 3 small onions
  • 1 knob of butter
  • 1 C. coffee powdered sugar
  • salt
  • pepper.


Wash and peel the vegetables. Cut the carrots into sections of 3 to 4 cm. Place them in a saucepan with the onions. Add the butter and sugar. Cover with water. Bring to a boil and turn the vegetables. Cover and cook on low heat until the water is completely evaporated. Turn in the syrup obtained. Salt, pepper and serve.
